About Us

Le Nouveau International is a bilingual non-profit arts organization situated at Théâtre Sainte-Catherine right in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles.

As an organization, we produce, promote, and perform various forms of entertainment at our shows and events. Our mandate is to encourage collaboration and professional partnerships, and to place great importance on creating work that is new, innovative, and excellent within the context of a community of prolific artists working in Quebec. We focus on education, professional development, teaching new talents and techniques, and blending disciplines (theater, improvisation, music, dance, visual arts, circus, filmography, etc.) in order to present higher-caliber productions that challenge and encourage the community to actively participate. We are a bilingual organization and our work incorporates several languages in order to demonstrate the importance of the role of languages in our society.
